CHIROPRACTIC
Chiropractic consultations are provided by John involving assessment and treatment of a variety of musculoskeletal problems. Careful consideration is given to each patient and their condition and whether chiropractic treatment is appropriate. The typical treatment modalities used include spinal manipulative therapy, massage therapy, dry needling, and strength and conditioning.
DRY NEEDLING
Integrated into JT Chiropractic in 2013, after training with GEMt, dry needling has been a popular treatment modality where an acupuncture needle is inserted into a myofascial trigger point of a muscle. The aim is to achieve a local twitch response to release muscle tension and pain.
